Richard is Climate Arc’s Head of Business Operations, responsible for overseeing internal systems, governance, and strategic delivery. With a background spanning engineering, technology, and non-profits, he brings over 20 years of experience scaling impact-focused organisations. Richard previously served as CEO of Charity Digital and most recently led operations at Enthuse, a SaaS platform supporting 4,000+ charities.

Harry focuses on change and internal projects at Arc. He has a background in consulting, supporting businesses achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.

Lee’s role is about protecting mission continuity, helping Arc adapt to a changing regulatory landscape while strengthening confidence, integrity, and trust across everything we build. From the investment sector, he brings a wealth of certified expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and responsible investment.  

Christina Holba is an experienced Financial Controller with over 10 years of expertise supporting high-growth startups and international businesses across SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors. She specialises in financial reporting, cash flow management, revenue recognition, and scalable finance operations, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to support sustainable growth.

Georgia keeps Arc's London office and team running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating operations, and handling the day-to-day details that keep everything on track. Before Arc, she worked as an administration assistant in a law firm while studying social media marketing, building hands-on experience across both areas.
