Emma has had an extensive career in financial services at the forefront of the climate change, environmental and sustainable finance agendas. As our Chair she will steer the development of Arc as an inclusive, well-governed and impactful organization.

Meryam has over 16 years of investment experience, including spearheading the Climate Impact Pledge and launching the Future World Fund in 2016 which grew in assets to over $6 billion in three years and now sits at $120 billion. As a COP26 UN High Level Champion for Climate Action, she led many Race to Zero campaigns within the finance sector.

Nicola brings 28 years of experience across different geographies and industries, most recently as Management Board Member at Heidelberg Materials. As a Chief Sustainability Officer for 13 years, she developed and executed leading sustainability programs and drove the acceleration of several low carbon technologies. Nicola has been included in the ‘Top 100 Most Influential Women’ in Germany for three consecutive years and ‘Top 100 European Chief Sustainability Officers’ by Futurio Institute.

Felix leads Arc's research and programs team and joined our board in October 2025. He joined Arc from Generation Investment Management, where he was Director, Sustainability Impact and Research. As Senior Research Fellow at Chatham House, Felix focused on transitions in industrial, energy, and food systems.
